AYSO Orchestra è l’orchestra giovanile nata all’interno della Accademia. È composta da circa 60 musicisti provenienti da tutta l’Italia. Le esperienze maturate nel corso degli anni attestano la crescita della qualità artistica e professionale di AYSO che, fondata nel 2018 con l’obiettivo di valorizzare i giovani talenti pugliesi, è diventata in pochi anni un riferimento nell’ambito delle orchestre giovanili, attraendo musicisti provenienti da tutta l’Italia e diventando una eccellenza di livello nazionale. Negli ultimi cinque anni AYSO Orchestra ha tenuto concerti in Italia e all’estero sempre con eccellenti feedback di pubblico e critica. Le attività dell’Accademia basate su metodi che fanno riferimento ai più alti standard internazionali, hanno portato AYSO Orchestra a trionfare per due anni di seguito (2022 e 2023) al prestigioso Concorso Internazionale Summa cum Laude a Vienna, conquistando la giuria internazionale e aggiudicandosi il primo premio nella categoria Orchestre Sinfoniche Giovanili suonando nella Golden Hall del Musikverein. L’Orchestra si è inoltre esibita in diversi teatri considerati templi della musica classica, come la Smetana Hall a Praga, la Haydn Saal di Palazzo Esterhazy e la Konzerthaus a Vienna, dove i giovani musicisti sono stati premiati alla presenza di orchestre provenienti da tutto il mondo. AYSO ha inoltre orgogliosamente rappresentato l’Italia collaborando con gli Istituti Italiani di Cultura e le Ambasciate italiane di Praga e Vienna ed esibendosi nella sala da concerti del Conservatorio di Praga, uno dei più antichi d’Europa, e a Palazzo Metternich, sede dell'Ambasciata italiana a Vienna. Ha suonato per la Fondazione Teatro Petruzzelli, il Festival Como Città Classica al Teatro Sociale di Como, il Festival Internazionale organizzato dalla Fondazione Walton ad Ischia, il Napoli Teatro Festival suonando al Palazzo Reale, ha inaugurato l’Italian Brass Week al Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino a Firenze, eseguendo con gli Ottoni del Maggio solisti una world premiere con patrocinio della Agenzia Spaziale Italiana, Il Festival Internazionale delle Orchestre giovanili a Firenze collaborando con la CMC Orchestra di New York.

AYSO Orchestra is the youth orchestra created within the Academy. It has a variable number of musicians: in its symphonic version it consists of approximately 70 musicians, while its chamber version it ranges from 25 to 40 musicians. The experience gained demonstrates to the growth in artistic and professional quality of our organization, which was founded with the aim of valuing young talents from Apulia and has become a reference point in the field of youth orchestras in just a few years, attracting musicians from all over Italy and becoming a nationally recognized excellence. Over the past five years, AYSO Orchestra has held concerts in Italy and abroad, always receiving excellent feedback from both audiences and critics. The Academy's activities, based on methods referencing the highest international standards, have resulted in AYSO Orchestra triumphing for the second consecutive year at the prestigious Summa cum Laude International Competition in Vienna, winning over the international jury and securing the first prize in the Youth Symphonic Orchestras category for their performance in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein. Additionally, the Orchestra has performed in several iconic venues for classical music, such as the Smetana Hall in Prague, the Haydn Saal of Esterhazy Palace, and the Konzerthaus in Vienna, where the young musicians were honored in the presence of orchestras from far and wide. Participation in the Summa cum Laude Festival allowed the young participants to meet and build relationships with other youth orchestras and ensembles from around the world.

AYSO has also proudly represented Italy by collaborating with the Italian Cultural Institutes and Italian Embassies in Prague and Vienna, performing in the concert hall of the Prague Conservatory, one of the oldest in Europe, and at Palazzo Metternich, the seat of the Italian Embassy in Vienna. It has played for the Petruzzelli Theatre Foundation, the Como Città Classica Festival at the Teatro Sociale in Como, the International Festival organized by the Walton Foundation in Ischia, the Naples Theatre Festival performing at the Palazzo Reale, inaugurated the Italian Brass Week at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence, performing a world premiere with the Maggio's brass section as soloists, under the patronage of the Italian Space Agency, and participated in the International Festival of Youth Orchestras in Florence collaborating with the CMC Orchestra from New York.
